Under the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards use the checklist to see what you must provide your employees with:
- E.g.: Pay slips including hourly rate or salary,
- A copy of the Fair Work information Statement.
If you don’t the risk of penalties is high. They start at approx. $18k per occasion. That’s a lot of profit lost. So, use the checklist and see if you have provided what you must to follow legislation.
