Recruitment Agencies by contrast

Recruitment Agencies typically charge 10-15% of the total salary including super to hire staff for you. Therefore, to use a typical recruitment agency example for hiring, for average salaries between $50 and $80k, you are looking at a recruitment fee between $5 and $12k plus per hire.

  • Draft Interview questions, with your input into weightings on the preferred answers
  • Place the advert on the most relevant job board platforms to attract the right candidates
  • Applicant screening is conducting by us for best fit
  • You only interview the short-listed best applicants, saving you time and money, so you can focus on your business
  • We can conduct interviewing candidates alone or together with you, depending on your preference
  • Select the best fit applicants for the position and business needs
  • Reference and background checks are conduct by us
  • We provide written reports and proceed to offer the chosen candidate on your behalf
  • Negotiate with preferred candidate and a start date agreed
  • Write an employment contract with terms and conditions, once approved by you, we send it to the candidate
  • We manage the process from end to end with you involved as much or as little as you desire
  • Once the candidate commences employment with you, we continue to keep in touch to ensure the relationship stays on track
  • We touch base with both you and the candidate in the first week or two, then every 3 months
