The process is simple

Step 1 You give me the brief

Step 3 I write the ad for you and you confirm you’re happy

Step 4 Collect Applicants

Step 5 Review resume and cover letter for match to the role

Step 6. Short list for telephone screening

Step 7 Conduct telephone screening

Step 8 Refine and send best applicants for your review

Step 9 Provide you with an agreed set of interview questions and grading system for answers

Step 10 Organise interviews with your chosen applicants

Step 11 Interview with you and discuss the applicants at the end to assess their interview.

Step 12 Grade applicants interview skills with you.

Step 13 Agree which candidates will go forward to the next round

Step 14 Conduct reference checks with preferred applicants

Step 15 Create a short list of preferred applicants 1, 2 and 3

Step 16 Negotiate offer in consultation with you

Step 17 Agree start date and negotiate that with the applicant

Step 17 Proceed to offer and send documents

Step 18 Check in with the candidate and you on start day, then once per month and ongoing every few months to ensure all is on track and going well

Super big bonus, you can also get your employment agreements from me. The fee for recruitment is a fixed fee which is provided to you up front. So, no surprises. And no percentage of total package as a fee. Which means I’m not trying to up the package on offer to gain a higher fee. And my interest is in finding the best fit candidate for your business. Not to get a placement fee from a database of candidates.
