We act as your business partner in the hiring process and look for the best fit candidate for your business. Our model, in contrast to the recruitment agency one, is that we focus on your business finding the best candidate to meet your needs now and in the future.

Long term, lasting relationships with our clients is what we thrive on, including with our candidates. Therefore, our approach is totally different, we have high standards of professionalism to ensure we build lasting relationships.

We partner with your business for the long term, so we learn more about your business to find you the best staff. As Human Resources Consultants, we are not a typical recruitment agency.

Recruitment Agencies typically charge 10-15% of the total salary including super to hire staff for you. Therefore, to use a typical recruitment agency example for hiring, for average salaries between $50 and $80k, you are looking at a recruitment fee between $5 and $12k plus per hire.

Further, typically recruitment agents are quite inexperienced (junior) and very sales focused. The recruitment agency model requires that their agents focus on the largest placement fee. If their agents are not making significant placements every quarter, the agent you last dealt with may not be around in the next quarter. Hence, the continual change of recruitment agents, so building a relationship with one person is difficult to achieve.

  1. We get to know you and your business and what you need in your next hire
  2. Draft up a job advertisement including the skills and personality profile to fit your team for your review
  3. A selection criterion is created by us, with your input-on weightings
  4. Interview questions are drafted by us, with your input into weightings on the preferred answers
  5. The advert is placed on the most relevant job board platforms to attract the right candidates
  6. Applicant screening is conducting by us for best fit
  7. You only interview the short-listed best applicants, saving you time and money, so you can focus on your business
  8. We can conduct interviewing candidates alone or together with you, depending on your preference
  9. Candidates that best fit the position and business needs are selected
  10. Reference and background checks are conduct by us
  11. We provide written reports and proceed to offer on your behalf
  12. Negotiations are conducted with preferred candidates and a start date agreed
  13. An employment contract with terms and conditions is written for you, by us, once approved by you. we send it to the candidate
  14. We manage the process from end to end with you involved as much or as little as you desire
  15. Once the candidate is placed with you and commences employment we continue to keep in touch to ensure the relationship stays on track
  16. We touch base with both you and the candidate in the first week, then every 3 months
  17. If there are any issues, problems or troubleshooting required we handle it all for you to meet a positive conclusion
